Seen the Aura

31

Here are seven exercises for seeing auras …

The exercises should be performed without obsession, be relaxed, calm, without an effort.
The exercises are designed to gradually develop the ability to diagnose aura in all life as a rule, you should not reinforce your eyes to the world.
Incorrect use of the eyes due to a thought that the eye is an active organ that has to struggle to see clearly. Proper use of the eye is to refer to it as a passive organ.
The picture we see falls on the retina and we do not have to do anything except than to be aware of the image falls on the retina and relax your eyes as much as possible, complete rest.
In general, the eyes will be relaxed and loose, the better the picture will be, sharper and clearer. For those who cannot implement this rule, its recommended to practice a few concentration exercises. It is important to understand, when practitioners seeing auras, what seems at last (if succeed), it will not be similar to what we thought looked like. When you see auras, you’ll find they look quite different than you thought.
So do not be fixed to your expectations at the time of exercise, on the contrary, you should perform the exercise without really knowing what you’re looking for without knowing what you are actually trying to see. Whatever you see, you’ll see. Maybe you’ll see things like Auras – and maybe you’ll see completely different things. After a certain period, you will understand what you see is actually the famous “aura”…

First Exercise
Look at any person through your peripheral vision. Once you’ll get used to see people like this (not the people you talk to them, but people walking on your side, for example) and see them clearly, move to the next stage of the exercise, which is to look at the surroundings of people.
Imagine a huge egg that surrounds every person. Look at the same egg, same field of space around the person. Be sure to watch in this area through peripheral vision, as you practiced – and not directly and focused.

Exercise Two
Look for movement around people. Search for it using both peripheral and frontal vision. Search for air movement, smoke, look for anything that can move around them, even energy … Be open and sensitive to traffic around people.

Third Exercise
Look for colors around people. There are colors that people are brimming. You might be confused with the colors of clothes, that’s fine. Just continue to look for colors around people, until you begin to be sensitive to them. Maybe “only” feel them without seeing them, but continued to look for them
