Meditation techniques

The origin of meditation is in eastern cultures about 5000 years ago.
Brings together a range of many techniques all for one purpose
Thought connect internalized awareness of “the practitioner” to the spirit and body
the foundations of meditation are:
A) Relaxed state (relaxation).
B) Observation with awareness.
C) No Judgment
Meditation has been adopted by Western culture while removing religious characters and formation of appropriate techniques for all religions

General preparation for meditation
1. Choose a quiet place that gives complete privacy. Without Loud noises or interruption

2. It is recommendable to do meditation in the same place – gives a feeling of security

3. Position must be comfortable, preferably sitting cross-legged, or sitting in a chair or lying down – it is important to feel comfortable

4. Take off any clothing that may presser: belt, bra, shoes. Glasses, jewelry, etc.
